Sisowath Quay is a beautiful quay with historical relevance in Phonm Penh. The Quay is situated adjacent to the Royal palace and has the beauty of two rivers to enjoy, the Tonle Sap river and the Mekong river. A well maintained boulevard stretches towards the quay.
